We're hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, Washington. Pay: Average: $1,989 per week ($103,475 annually) Top earners: $2,548 per week ($132,497 annually) Hourly pay based on experience: 0–48 months: $29–$30.50 per hour 49–200 months: $31 per hour Safe and on-time bonus available Schedule: Home weekly with a 34-hour reset Day and night shifts available Days off vary based on freight needs Holiday schedules may offer less time off Job Details: Dedicated Dollar Tree account Solo driving position Approximately 2–4 loads per week Around 3–4 stops per load Hand-unload trailers using rollers Dry freight only Regional routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California Company equipment with 53-foot dry van trailers Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience No SAP Drivers Clean driving record DOT Medical card Able to work weekends Reliable and safety-focused
