CDL-A OTR Step Deck Driver – 30% Pay – Weekly Pay
ConfidentialL&A Enterprise is looking for a reliable CDL-A OTR Step Deck Driver to join our team. We have a truck available and ready to work. This is an Over-the-Road (OTR) position operating Step Deck equipment throughout the United States. We are looking for a responsible and motivated driver who takes safety seriously, communicates well with dispatch, and is ready to stay on the road and keep moving. PAY: Driver receives 30% of truck gross revenue Paid weekly Earnings vary depending on loads and weekly truck revenue Consistent loads and work available RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate a commercial truck with a Step Deck trailer Transport and deliver freight throughout OTR routes Properly secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, edge protectors, and other required equipment Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD and required documentation Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and load status Maintain the truck and equipment in clean and professional condition REQUIREMENTS: Valid Class A CDL Safe driving record Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations Must be responsible and dependable Must be able to operate OTR Step Deck or Flatbed experience preferred Experience securing and tarping loads preferred LOCATION:Reading, Pennsylvania POSITION:Full-Time / OTR Truck is available and ready to work.
