CDL-A OTR Driver 0.55/Mile No-Touch Freight

We are hiring CDL-A OTR Company Drivers based within 70 miles of Sparks, NV. Drivers run long haul dry van freight across the lower 48, with routes assigned based on customer demand. This position offers strong mileage pay, stop pay, delay pay, newer automatic equipment, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Freight is 99% no-touch, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads. Drivers are typically out 4 - 10 days, with a 34-hour reset at home; home days vary based on dispatch and return loads. Pay and bonuses Mileage pay: $0.55 CPM Hourly pay: $18.00 per hour Average weekly pay: $1450 - $1550 Estimated annual pay: $68,900 Sign-on bonus: $500, paid on the second paycheck Referral bonus: $3,000 total payout Stop pay: $20.50 per stop Delay pay: $17.00 per hour after 1.5 hours Benefits: insurance available after 60 days; 401(k) available Schedule and home time No fixed dispatch schedule Drivers are notified 3 -24 hours in advance Typical dispatch window: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday Typical trips to Ohio average 4 - 5.5 days Generally out 4 - 10 days 34 hour reset at home Home days vary based on dispatch and return loads Typical lanes Sparks, NV to Groveport, OH: approximately 2,400 - 2,900 miles Sparks, NV to Woodland, CA to OH Sparks, NV to AZ to OH, with backhaul Drivers may run broker freight returning west What you will do Transport dry van freight on long-haul routes across the lower 48 Handle a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload freight Complete pre trip and post-trip inspections Follow DOT regulations, dispatch instructions, and delivery appointments Communicate with dispatch regarding loads, delays, and return freight Maintain safe driving practices and accurate records Equipment 2022 - 2023 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia tractors Automatic transmission 2022, 53-foot dry van trailers 99% no-touch freight Driver requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A experience Must be able to park the truck at the Sparks distribution center Passengers allowed; restrictions apply Able to work a flexible OTR schedule with variable dispatch times
