CDL-A Local Truck Driver Home Daily 1,500 - 1,600/Week

We are hiring CDL-A Local Company Drivers for overnight parts-and-equipment deliveries within 250 miles of Kansas City, MO. Drivers are home daily and off from Saturday morning through Monday night, with consistent Monday-to-Friday night routes. This is a hands-on local delivery position with 100% touch freight. Drivers hand-load and unload parts and equipment, with pallet jacks available and forklift training provided if needed. Pay and bonus Mileage pay: $0.44 per mile for new hires; $0.45 per mile after 12 months Stop pay: $15.80 per stop for new hires; $16.27 per stop after 12 months Load-hours pay: $25.00 per hour for new hires; $25.75 per hour after 12 months Average weekly pay: approximately $1,500 - $1,600 Estimated annual pay: $83,000 New-hire transition bonus: $500 paid on the second paycheck Typical daily miles: approximately 260 miles per day Schedule and home time Overnight schedule: approximately 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM Monday through Friday nights Home daily Home from Saturday morning through Monday night Consistent local routes with no long-haul time away from home Operating area MO, KS — local deliveries within 250 miles of Kansas City, MO What you will do Deliver parts and equipment to local customer locations Hand-load and unload freight; this is a 100% touch-freight position Lift and handle parts weighing 40–75 lbs Use pallet jacks to assist with freight movement Operate a 53-foot tractor-trailer; may also operate a straight truck or sprinter van as needed Complete pre-trip inspections, follow delivery instructions, and maintain safe driving practices Equipment and freight 53-foot tractor-trailer Straight truck or sprinter van may be used as needed Parts and equipment freight 100% touch freight Pallet jacks provided Forklift certification preferred; training provided if needed Driver requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience Ability to repeatedly lift and handle freight weighing 40–75 lbs Comfortable with overnight schedules and physical, hands-on delivery work No pets or passengers allowed Mandatory on-site parking
