CDL-A Hazmat Truck Driver - Dry Van or Flatbed (Automatic Transmission)

Overview We are hiring a CDL-A Hazmat truck driver to haul dry van or flatbed freight under the Landstar network, based out of Mobile, AL. This position runs automatic transmission equipment, so no manual transmission experience is needed. Pay 40% of load settlement, paid after deductions Performance-based: approximately $1,500 to $3,000 per week Requirements Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat (H) endorsement at the time of hire Dry van or flatbed experience Flatbed drivers: minimum 2 years of verifiable flatbed experience Automatic transmission equipment; no manual transmission experience required Must pass Landstar and DOT background screening, including DOT drug and alcohol testing Must obtain a Tanker (N) endorsement and a TWIC card within 2 months of onboarding Responsibilities Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections every day Keep the truck clean and tidy at all times Deliver freight safely and on time in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork How to Apply Apply through Indeed and upload a current resume.
