Fuel and Asphalt Transport Driver (Days or Nights, flexible)($3,000 Sign on bonus for carded drivers)(X Endorsement) Tri Star Transport, LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Fuel and Asphalt Transport Driver to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting fuel and asphalt while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Pay Structure: Pay is by the load, with weekly earnings averaging around $1,700 to $2,200 (not guaranteed) , reflective of the average driver pay for fuel transport in the Nashville area. $3000 sign-on bonus for carded drivers. Duties: Safely operate a fuel and asphalt tanker for transportation. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain accurate logs on ELD. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. Qualifications: Valid CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. No automatic restriction and must be able to pass company-issued road test in a 10-speed manual Two years’ driving experience. Excellent time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Must pass required background checks as per company policy/federal regulations.
