COMPENSATION & PAY Average Annual Pay: $95,000 per year - Weekly Earnings Average: $1,700 - $1,800 per week Guaranteed Minimum Pay: $1,450 per week Starting Mileage Rate: $0.561 CPM (Top rate up to $0.602 CPM) Stop Pay: $25.50 per stop (Excluding final stop) Delay Pay: $18.54 per hour after 15 minutes of free time New Hire Bonus: $500 Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000 per driver referred SCHEDULE & HOME TIME Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday Start Time: 3:00 AM dispatch Home Time: Daily home time (Home every day) EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT Truck Models: 2020-2024 Freightliner and International Transmission: Automatic Trailer Type: 28' Dry Van equipped with lift gate Freight Type: Touch freight (Includes cages on rollers, totes, and loose parts) JOB REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience Strong maneuvering skills: Ability to handle tight backing and maneuvering in dealership lots Physical Capability: Must be able to handle roller cages and lift loose parts weighing up to 30 lbs
