Position Summary : The CDL Class A Delivery Driver is a vital part of our private fleet and supply chain, responsible for safe, timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Drivers may operate tractor-trailers or stake-bed trucks and must be comfortable driving both manual and automatic transmissions. This role offers consistent hours, modern equipment, and a supportive, safety-first work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate Tractor/Trailers, Box Trucks, Flatbeds, Moffets Operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company standards Accurately complete E-Logs and comply with hours-of-service regulations Read and navigate maps/GPS to ensure efficient routing Secure loads on flatbed or stake-bed trailers in compliance with load securement regulations Verify load accuracy prior to departure Conduct job site safety inspections during loading and unloading Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or on-site hazards Provide professional customer service at delivery locations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment as needed Assist with warehouse duties when required Maintain a strong commitment to safety, on-time deliveries, and company standards Perform other duties as assigned Driver will deliver local deliveries and occasionally help with Warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trailers operating a forklift and electric pallet jack. Job Requirements: Valid CDL Class A with a clean MVR Minimum 12 months verifiable Class A driving experience required Preferred: 2+ years of LTL or multi-stop delivery experience Experience with manual and automatic transmissions Knowledge of DOT regulations, ELDs, GPS, and load securement Forklift experience required; stand-up reach forklift experience preferred Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred Ability to perform physical work, including some heavy lifting Experience driving in varying weather conditions, including snow and chains Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Must meet all FMCSA requirements Wage Range: 28 - 30 per hour General Description of Benefits: $2,500 Sign on Bonus Affordable Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Insurance Plans Health, Dental, and Vision Optional Life Insurance, Short Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance Optional Pet Insurance
