Working Shop Foreman / Dispatcher – CDJR Level 3 Master Technician REQUIRED Medina Auto Mall – Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM Location: Medina, OH Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience + Production Bonuses Job Description Medina Auto Mall is looking for a highly experienced Working Shop Foreman / Dispatcher to help lead our busy Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM Service Department. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: MUST HAVE CDJR LEVEL 3 MASTER TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE. We are looking for someone with extensive Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealership experience who understands advanced diagnostics, major mechanical repairs, and how to lead a productive service shop. THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION. YOU WILL BE WORKING ON VEHICLES DAILY WHILE ALSO DISPATCHING WORK AND HELPING MANAGE SHOP PRODUCTION. We are not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. We need a highly skilled technician who can lead by example, diagnose difficult vehicles, assist other technicians, and keep our shop moving. Responsibilities Hands-On Technician Duties Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles daily. Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission diagnostics. Perform major mechanical repairs, including engine and transmission replacements. Assist technicians with difficult diagnoses and repairs. Handle complex diagnostic and technical issues within the shop. Maintain personal flat-rate production while performing leadership responsibilities. Ensure repairs are completed correctly and minimize comebacks. Shop Foreman / Dispatcher Duties Dispatch repair orders based on technician skill level and workload. Keep technicians busy and eliminate unnecessary downtime. Monitor daily and weekly flat-rate production. Help technicians achieve a minimum of 40 flat-rate hours weekly, with a goal of 50+ hours. Oversee customer-pay, warranty, internal, and used vehicle repairs. Communicate with service advisors regarding repair progress and completion times. Assist with used vehicle inspections and reconditioning. Ensure manufacturer repair procedures and warranty requirements are followed. Work directly with the CDJR Service Manager to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Maintain accountability, organization, and quality throughout the shop. Mandatory Qualifications CDJR Level 3 Master Technician experience is REQUIRED. Extensive Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealership technician experience. Advanced diagnostic experience with electrical, engine, transmission, and drivability concerns. Strong understanding of Stellantis diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures. Must be willing and able to work on vehicles daily. Ability to lead and assist other technicians. Strong understanding of flat-rate production and shop efficiency.
