Catering Warehouse Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our catering warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of warehouse processes, inventory control, and materials management. This role requires a strong leader who can implement process improvements and maintain high standards of safety and productivity within the warehouse environment. Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance Coordinate transportation planning for catering trucks Create equipment pull lists for catering jobs Develop and manage budgets related to warehouse operations Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote a productive work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse facility. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar managerial role within a warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of inventory control, materials management, Valid Drivers License Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvements. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify areas for enhancement in operations.
