Cashier/Stocker

In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the cash register while also ensuring that our products are well-stocked and presented on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases. Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and special offers. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales. Supervise stock replenishment activities to ensure timely restocking of merchandise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve overall customer experience. Skills Proficient in operating POS systems and cash registers. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction handling and inventory management. Ability to stock products efficiently while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining product displays.
