This position requires evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries with clear communication. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, cash register operations, and cash handling. Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed diligently. Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date Engage in retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments to ensure accuracy. Provide assistance with grocery or retail store product knowledge as needed, including basic math skills for transactions. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and clear product explanations. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales transactions is essential for success in this role. Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and responsibly, including cash drawer handling and cash handling procedures. Retail or grocery store experience that includes stocking, merchandising, and customer service will be highly valued.
