Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise to enhance their shopping experience Maintain stock levels by assisting with stocking shelves and merchandising products attractively Upsell products by recommending complementary items and informing customers about promotions and new arrivals Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support store operations by performing basic math for transactions and ensuring accurate retail math calculations Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations in a retail environment Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Supervising experience is advantageous for supporting team members and maintaining store standards Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions and inventory management Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock replenishment techniques Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise, excel in customer interactions, and contribute positively to a vibrant team environment.
