Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive experience. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash with precision. Provide product demos and explain features to help customers make informed buying decisions. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities through effective communication and merchandising techniques. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic math calculations for transactions and pricing accuracy. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal expression and active listening. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising is a plus. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift.
