Duties Operate the cash register accurately, handling all retail sales transactions with precision and efficiency Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Maintain knowledge of store products and merchandising to assist customers effectively Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions swiftly while maintaining accuracy Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries Promote additional sales through upselling techniques while respecting customer preferences Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and product placement Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience in a retail environment is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transaction processing Experience conducting product demos or upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity and accuracy Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and basic math skills necessary for daily tasks Requirements Must be at least 21 Weekends are required Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
