Duties Operate the cash register efficiently, accurately handling all sales transactions and cash handling procedures. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring the cash drawer is balanced and cash register operations run smoothly. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing store products to enhance visual appeal. Use POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for transactions, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-up calls. Support the team with basic retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and totals as needed. Engage in store products knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and promote featured items. Participate in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts when required. Help where as needed (washing dished, help the cook, etc) Experience Previous experience in Pizza sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling you to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent customer service and teamwork. Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
