Cargo Van Owner Operator - Seasonal Delivery Routes

1 of 1 The Brand Enterprise LLC is recruiting cargo van owner-operators for confirmed seasonal delivery routes in Tifton, Georgia. Routes have started; start ASAP after onboarding and approval. COMPENSATION AND TERMS $225-$250 per successfully completed route day, depending on the assigned route. Net 14 for the first check, then weekly. This is a 1099 independent-contractor Recruiter Driver opportunity. Owner-operators supply an approved cargo/Sprinter van and are responsible for their vehicle, fuel, insurance, maintenance and other operating expenses. Advertised route revenue is before those expenses. ROUTE DETAILS Peak-season program: November 12, 2026-January 2, 2027, with this location already operating. The current local assignment schedule lists service through December 24; final end date is confirmed during placement. Required schedule: 7 days per week, Monday through Sunday. Owner-operators must provide reliable coverage for all seven days. Dispatch details are confirmed before acceptance. Typical routes involve approximately 60-105 deliveries, 65-120 miles and 7-10 hours; actual assignments vary. Full-route tier compensation is $225-$250 per completed route day. Smaller assigned tiers pay less; tiers depend on the assigned route, not how quickly it is completed. Expected dispatch is 8-10 AM, with arrival 30 minutes before load-out. RESPONSIBILITIES Pick up, organize and safely deliver assigned packages. Use delivery and navigation apps, record proof of delivery, communicate delays promptly and provide professional customer service. REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license; road-ready cargo/Sprinter van meeting route capacity requirements; smartphone with reliable data; appropriate commercial insurance and vehicle documentation; ability to safely load, unload and handle packages; required background screening and carrier approval. Vehicle photos and onboarding documents are required. A backup driver is required. Applicants must be 21 or older and able to safely lift 40+ pounds.
