Jcourierservice LLCJob Overview As a Cargo Van Owner Operator, you’ll handle local and route-based deliveries, moving shipments safely from pickup through delivery. You’ll use your cargo van, mobile devices, and strong customer service skills to keep deliveries organized and customers informed. This role suits an independent driver who is comfortable with physical work and dependable, professional service. Duties Pick up, secure, transport, and deliver shipments; load and unload cargo using safe handling practices. Plan and follow delivery routes, use mobile devices to record delivery details, and communicate updates as needed. Handle packages and materials according to workplace weight limits; use a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when appropriate. Follow traffic regulations and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Your impact: Careful handling and reliable delivery help customers receive their orders safely and on schedule. Experience Required: Valid driving credentials appropriate for the work, a suitable cargo van, safe driving habits, and the ability to lift and move cargo safely. Preferred: Delivery driver, courier, van driver, route driving, personal vehicle delivery, or commercial driving experience. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, manual handling, moving, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices are useful. Experience with box trucks, commercial truck driving, manual transmission, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus. Pay: $200.00 - $201.00 per day Work Location: In person
