Cargo Van Delivery Drivers — 1099 Independent Contractors Boiling Springs, South Carolina | Immediate Openings TMB Innovative Solutions LLC is seeking dependable independent contractors with their own cargo vans for small-package Walmart delivery assignments in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. Start immediately upon completion and approval of onboarding requirements. This opportunity is through TMB Innovative Solutions LLC and is not direct employment with Walmart. Schedule and Compensation Monday–Saturday. Two shifts available. Shift assignments are based on availability; preferred shifts are not guaranteed. Gross weekly compensation: $1,250–$1,500 , before taxes and operating expenses. Initial two-week payment delay, followed by weekly payments. Your first payment date and payment schedule will be explained before you start. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity . Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and other operating expenses. Driver and Vehicle Requirements Must be at least 21 years old . Must have a valid driver’s license. Must provide your own reliable cargo van with current registration. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required. Applicants without delivery experience are welcome to apply. Must maintain active vehicle insurance meeting at least South Carolina’s minimum liability limits: $25,000 bodily injury per person. $50,000 bodily injury per accident. $25,000 property damage per accident. Must maintain state-required uninsured motorist coverage at 25/50/25. Insurance must cover the vehicle’s delivery use and meet any additional requirements applicable to the assignment. Required During Onboarding Selected applicants will receive instructions for securely providing: Cargo van photos: Front and rear. Both sides. Inside cargo area. VIN label on the driver’s door or door jamb. Driver and vehicle documents: Clear photos of the front and back of your driver’s license. Copy of current vehicle registration. Copy of your vehicle insurance declarations page showing coverage limits and policy dates. Applicable proof of eligibility to work in the United States, following the onboarding instructions and acceptable document options provided. Completed Form W-9 for contractor tax reporting. References and emergency contact: Two references: name, phone number, and relationship to you. One emergency contact: name and phone number.
