Cargo Van Delivery Driver / Owner-Operator – $200+ Per Route ROTG Transport Services, LLC Location: New Orleans, LA & Surrounding Areas Pay: $200+ per completed route Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Schedule: Flexible availability | Routes available 7 days a week Job Description ROTG Transport Services, LLC is hiring dependable Cargo Van Owner-Operators in New Orleans and the surrounding areas! We’re looking for drivers who have their OWN cargo vans, are ready to work, and can handle deliveries safely and efficiently. If you have experience with courier services, Walmart deliveries, or last-mile delivery, that’s a plus! This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering $200+ flat per completed route. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST OWN YOUR OWN CARGO VAN TO QUALIFY. We are not accepting applicants who need a company-provided or rental van for this position. Job Responsibilities Pick up, load, organize, and deliver packages along assigned routes. Safely operate your own cargo van. Complete package scans and accurate proof of delivery (POD), including photos. Follow all customer delivery instructions and route requirements. Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery issues. Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss. Complete accepted routes in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate mileage and route completion records. Requirements Must own a reliable cargo van suitable for delivery routes. Valid driver’s license. Reliable smartphone with GPS and navigation capabilities. Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload packages throughout the day. Strong communication and time-management skills. Must complete all required onboarding and driver approval processes. Ability to work independently and follow delivery instructions. Previous delivery experience preferred but not required. Must maintain applicable vehicle registration and insurance. Pay & Schedule $200+ flat per completed route. Compensation is based on completed routes, not hourly pay. Routes may be available seven days a week based on customer demand. Weekend availability is a plus. Contractors are responsible for their own fuel, maintenance, insurance, and vehicle expenses. Payments are processed according to the contractor settlement schedule. Route availability and weekly earnings are not guaranteed.
