Cargo Van Delivery Driver / Independent Contractor – $200+ Per Day

ROTG Transport Services, LLC Location: Houston & Katy, TX Pay: $200+ per completed routeJob Type: Independent Contractor (1099)Schedule: Routes available 7 days a week | Weekend availability preferred Job Description ROTG Transport Services, LLC is looking for reliable Cargo Van Owner-Operators in the Houston and Katy areas! We’re looking for dependable drivers who have their OWN cargo vans and are ready to get to work. If you have delivery experience, even better! This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity paying $200+ per completed route, regardless of package count. IMPORTANT: You MUST own your own cargo van to qualify. We are NOT accepting applicants who need a company van or rental vehicle for this position. Responsibilities Pick up, load, organize, and deliver packages along assigned routes. Safely operate your own cargo van. Scan packages and complete accurate proof of delivery (POD), including photos. Follow customer delivery instructions and route requirements. Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery issues. Properly handle packages to prevent damage or loss. Complete accepted routes in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Must own a cargo van suitable for package deliveries. Valid driver’s license. Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities. Ability to lift, load, and unload packages. Good communication and time-management skills. Must complete required onboarding and driver approval. Ability to work independently. Previous courier, Walmart delivery, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or last-mile delivery experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Schedule $200+ flat per completed route. No reduction in driver pay based solely on package count. Routes available seven days a week, depending on customer demand. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and other operating expenses. Contractor payments follow the company’s settlement schedule. No guaranteed number of routes or weekly earnings.
