Position Highlights Compensation : $500–$1000/week (performance-based pay) Equipment Provided : 2023 RAM Promaster 3500 No-Touch Freight : Focus on driving, not loading Fuel & Maintenance : Covered by fleet Lifestyle : Flexible routes with extended road time Supportive Dispatch : Coordinated through Revolution Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate a cargo van for both short and long-haul routes Communicate professionally with dispatch team Follow scheduled deliveries and route plans Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Adhere to all DOT and traffic safety regulations Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean MVR Ability to pass a DOT drug screen Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks at a time Strong communication and punctuality 2 years commercial driving experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Company truck Dental insurance Flexible schedule Fuel card Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Work Days: Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Is there anything that prevents you from being over the road at least two-three weeks time?
