Responsibilities Convert High-Intent Leads: Leverage PLACE lead generation systems and tools to consistently convert prospects into client appointments. Host Dynamic Open Houses: Conduct at least two strategic open houses per month to generate buyer leads and expand your local footprint. Master the Craft: Participate in weekly script practice, team strategy calls, and 1:1 accountability coaching to elevate your conversion skills. Guide & Negotiate: Consult with buyers to understand their goals, find their dream home, and expertly write and negotiate winning offers. Track Your Success: Utilize our proprietary PLACE Technology stack to organize your database and streamline your business operations. Qualifications You are a competitive, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building relationships. You don't wait for business to happen—you make it happen.
