Responsibilities Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and activities Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ✍️ Support buyers throughout the escrow process to ensure smooth closings Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology Qualifications Self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions Expert in prospecting and lead generation Naturally adept at handling objections ️ Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service Collaborative team player Licensed real estate agent ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication abilities Growth-oriented and eager to learn Highly organized ️ Open to mastering scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Prior industry experience preferred Ready to start with a database of 200 contacts About-our-team At Cesi Pagano & Associates, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
