We bring the platform: an ISA team that sets appointments for you, showing partners, admin and listing support, in-house marketing and design, and daily training on proven models. The average agent with 10 years of experience closes 10 to 12 deals a year. On our model, you are set up to close 24 to 36 or more in your first full year, with low to no expenses. Through our team's brokerage, you also get revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting plans, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities Run PLACE lead generation systems every week Host two open houses each month Turn prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments Join weekly script practice per team standards Join team activities per team standards Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and the Partner Call Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are a self-motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. Building rapport, listening to what people need, and identifying solutions come naturally to you. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones, and overcoming objections does not slow you down. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
