Inventory & Product Manager Fashion Boutique Operations | Florida About the Role Bobbles & Lace Florida is looking for a fashion-minded, highly organized Inventory & Product Manager to help drive the success of our growing collection of boutiques. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, understands what sells, and genuinely enjoys the details behind a beautiful, well-stocked store. You’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure each boutique has the right styles, sizes, colors, and quantities at the right time. You’ll combine fashion instinct with strong analytical skills —using sales data, inventory insights, and product knowledge to keep our boutiques fresh, on-trend, and commercially successful. Our stores currently include Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, Winter Park, and St. Petersburg , with South Beach and Delray Beach opening soon. Location: Orlando, FL | Hybrid Schedule: Full-time Reports to: Owner What You’ll Do Fashion, Merchandising & Product Strategy Monitor what styles, sizes, colors, and categories are selling across each boutique. Analyze sales trends and use your fashion eye + data to recommend replenishment and product movement. Help ensure each store has a balanced, exciting assortment that reflects its customer and location. Identify best sellers and slow movers quickly and recommend actions to maximize sales. Partner with ownership and buying on orders, assortment planning, new arrivals, seasonal transitions, and inventory strategy. Help keep boutiques feeling fresh, full, and fashion-forward without overloading stores with excess inventory. Assist with merchandising decisions and product placement when needed. Support new-store openings by helping create opening assortments and ensuring inventory is ready for launch. Inventory & Boutique Operations Own inventory accuracy across all boutiques and maintain clean, reliable inventory in Lightspeed POS . Coordinate receiving of new merchandise, including checking shipments, tagging product, and getting new arrivals to the sales floor quickly. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, shrink, and adjustments. Reconcile vendor invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders. Coordinate transfers between boutiques to make sure the right product gets to the right customer at the right location. Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts while controlling overstock. Maintain accurate pricing, SKUs, and product information. Reporting & Fashion Analytics Own weekly inventory and sales reporting across all boutiques. Track sell-through, inventory turns, aging, best sellers, slow movers, weeks of supply, and inventory variances. Build easy-to-understand Excel reports and dashboards for ownership and store managers. Turn numbers into actionable recommendations —not just reports. Identify opportunities to chase winners, move inventory, and improve sell-through. Help ownership understand what is selling, where it is selling, and what we should buy more or less of. Boutique Partnership Work closely with store managers and sales teams to understand customer demand and product performance. Train boutique teams on receiving, inventory accuracy, transfers, and counting procedures. Be a resource for store teams when they need help locating product or understanding inventory. Communicate clearly with ownership, buying, and boutique leadership. Travel between locations as needed to support inventory, receiving, merchandising, and store openings. What We’re Looking For Must Have A genuine love of fashion and boutique retail. A strong eye for product, styling, and what makes merchandise commercially successful. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, formulas, and reporting.
