USD $157,200.00/Yr. 60121 International Mots, LLC Job Description Position Overview As International Mots continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM , with production planned to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried position suppting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational suppt as needed to meet business objectives. This may require wking outside nmal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery effts, and occasional weekend suppt based on operational requirements. Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift wk schedule. Responsibilities Develops material delivery routes and co dinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering Demonstrate problem solving resolution, root cause analysis and c rective action to resolve and prevent production interruptions Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems May assist with the establishment and maintenance of invent y control system Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficiency of operation functions Allocates staffing and coverage, f esee production issues and diminish downtime Drive Safety improvements, behavi s and strong culture of safety in Supply Chain Communicate across multiple functions including General Assembly, Quality, Engineering and other production departments in manufacturing plant to ensure production goals are met Develops 5’s schedules and maintains 5’s in assigned stations Minimum Requirements Bachel 's degree and at least 4 years of production/manufacturing experience Master's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience At least 6 years of production/manufacturing experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
