We are seeking a proactive, organized, and professional Client Coordinator to support business outreach, build healthcare partnerships, and promote our services across Ontario and New Brunswick. Key Responsibilities Conduct approved in-person outreach to retirement homes, long-term care homes, nursing homes, assisted-living communities, clinics, hospitals, community agencies, and other healthcare organizations. Introduce Valen Homecare’s approved homecare and staffing services and distribute authorized promotional materials. Research prospective organizations and maintain accurate facility, contact, and opportunity lists for Ontario and New Brunswick. Engage administrators, directors of care, staffing coordinators, discharge planners, social workers, procurement representatives, and other decision-makers. Arrange qualified meetings and presentations, referring pricing, contracting, and service discussions to authorized Valen Homecare representatives. Support approved proposals, presentations, vendor applications, networking activities, and marketing campaigns. Maintain complete outreach records, including facility details, contacts, outcomes, follow-up dates, mileage, and approved expenses. Submit weekly activity reports and promptly report complaints, privacy concerns, safety incidents, conflicts of interest, and reputational risks. Qualifications Experience in healthcare, sales, business development, client relations, or community outreach is an asset. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to conduct in-person outreach and maintain accurate records. Professionalism when dealing with healthcare organizations and decision-makers. Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and standard office applications.
