Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Shift Burrito Maker to join our food production team. This role involves preparing high-quality burritos in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with food processing procedures to support efficient production operations. Duties Make and package burritos according to company specifications, maintaining consistent quality standards Assist with kitchen prepration includes chopping veggies, preping meat Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and supply replenishment Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of sanitation Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, manufacturing, or food processing is preferred but not required Strong understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for portioning and quality checks Good organizational skills with attention to detail in packaging and quality assurance tasks Ability to work efficiently during evening shifts in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of packaging procedures and equipment operation is desirable Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks effectively This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to producing high-quality food products while maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards.
