What You'll Do This is a hands-on position with two main responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales Help customers find the right windows, doors, cabinetry, millwork, and other building materials. Answer product questions and assist customers with their purchases. Provide friendly, helpful service in our showroom and warehouse. Learn our products, pricing, and sales processes. Warehouse & Inventory Load purchased materials into customers' vehicles. Unload incoming deliveries and help receive inventory. Stock shelves and organize warehouse products. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and warehouse. Operate a forklift or pallet jack when needed. What We're Looking For A friendly, dependable person with a positive attitude. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn about building materials, including windows, doors, and cabinetry. Comfort with physical work, including lifting up to 75 pounds and loading materials for customers. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Ability to work five days per week, including Saturdays. Sundays and one weekday are your regular days off. Experience is a plus, but not required! We welcome candidates with backgrounds in retail sales, warehouse work, construction, carpentry, lumberyards, home improvement, or building materials. Forklift experience is helpful, and we'll train the right candidate.
