Budtender/Delivery Driver (Cannabis Dispensary)

We are a full service experience (in-store, online pick-up, delivery) that focuses on engaging and educating our customers on the best products for their individual needs. Our work environment includes: On-the-job training Safe work environment Company perks Tips Budtenders are responsible for facilitating and maintaining day-to-day customer service operations with a focus on the in-store experience, education, safety and managing product expectations. Budtenders are flexible, work directly with the entire team and have an integral role in all levels of dispensary operations. Being available as a delivery driver is a plus. Responsibilities/Skills: A full understanding of New Jersey cannabis regulations and compliance with those regulations Reliability. Cannabis Knowledge (strains, effects, laws, methods of ingestion, benefits etc) Flexibility and an eagerness to learn all aspects of an industry that is still in its infancy Providing a high level of customer service that the community will learn they can rely on. This includes communicating and obtaining customer feedback on products and experiences to better serve the community. Achieving sales goals and driving revenue. Accurate order fulfillment and accounting. Customer intake as needed. Providing reliable support and relief to the rest of the Camden Apothecary team. Maintaining a clean and organized environment. Qualifications: Reliability is paramount 21+ years old Valid drivers license Customer Service/hospitality experience preferred Strong communication skills A friendly and patient disposition Bilingual in Spanish preferred Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred The cannabis employee experience can be both challenging and rewarding. The industry is still finding its footing in New Jersey and with that comes an inherent need for associates that want to learn and grow with the industry. Regulations continue to be revised and our associates will need to be diligent and engaged to stay compliant. There will also be a dizzying array of new products to stay up-to-date on.
