Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Educate customers on various cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, through engaging product demos and detailed explanations Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product merchandising aligns with store standards Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, highlighting benefits and usage tips Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales Communicate effectively with team members via phone etiquette and in-person interactions to support smooth store operations Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a customer-facing environment such as retail or hospitality Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential for efficient transaction processing Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Experience in product demonstrations or educational roles enhances your ability to inform and engage customers effectively Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory tracking Ability to handle stock replenishment, merchandising tasks, and maintain a clean, organized store environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting!
