Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Budtender to join our dynamic team. As a key ambassador in our retail environment, you will provide expert guidance and personalized service to customers seeking cannabis products. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs Educate customers on product features, consumption methods, and dosage guidelines to ensure safe and responsible use Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product shelves are well-stocked and appealing Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision Follow all health, safety, and legal regulations related to cannabis sales and store operations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Maintain confidentiality of customer information and transaction details at all times Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service environments; previous budtending experience is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for stock replenishment or inventory management Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing, stock organization, and merchandising Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing calculations, and inventory counts Knowledge of POS systems and computer operation; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Join us as a Budtender and become part of an innovative team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while promoting responsible consumption.
