We are open 7am to 10pm, 7 days per week- we have early morning and weekend shifts too! Currently we are seeking a PT opening (7am) Front Desk person You are Compassionate, Intelligent, Strong, Reliable, Smart, open to new things, and have a desire to learn. It is vital that you are able to think quickly on your feet, and not "lose your cool". You love to connect with people and you are not afraid to sell and estimate cleaning jobs. You will be the Voice of our Company -- The first point of contact with our clients, and our staff. You understand the importance of this and know that your voice and demeanor will represent who we are. New clients make the decision to trust us and use our services based on their connection with you. That's why you smile and are genuinely present and connecting when answering the phone and explaining our services and exploring the client’s needs. You read and study information on psychology You'll be spending time on the phone with our existing clientele as well as new customers, and you are willing to be flexible and enthusiastic when taking on new tasks. All team members are required to have: High school diploma/GED equivalence Computer literacy Customer Service/Mediation experience Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, and write excellent business letters.
