Requirements: **WEEKENDS REQUIRED** This job requires weekend availability Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bridal Boutique Manager to lead our bridal retail team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for brides-to-be. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster a welcoming environment that celebrates love and style. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail management, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise the boutique team, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service Manage daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and shift management Oversee inventory management, including stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and inventory replenishment to ensure product availability and presentation excellence Develop and implement effective sales strategies through marketing initiatives, promotional events, and personalized customer consultations Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the boutique’s standards and culture Foster a positive shopping experience by providing expert advice on bridal gowns, accessories, and styling options while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Organize employee orientation sessions, ongoing training & development programs, and performance evaluations to promote team growth and retention Utilize management tools such as POS systems for sales tracking, pricing adjustments, and sales management reports to optimize store performance Take bridal appointments when necessary Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or boutique environments with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred Strong background in inventory control, merchandising, purchasing, and store management practices Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, team leadership, and employee development Experience with retail math including budgeting, pricing strategies, sales analysis, and cash handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems, wireless sales tools, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping or payroll processing. Knowledge of Bridal Live is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in bridal or fashion retail is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for the industry is essential Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating unforgettable bridal experiences!
