Branch Engineering & Operations Manager (USMCA / TN Visa Holders In-U.S.)

Location: Multiple US Branches (Relocation required based on branch assignment) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, high-performing Branch Engineering & Operations Manager to lead technical operations, manage field teams, and scale branch performance for our rapidly growing home appliance service network across the United States. This position is exclusively open to Mexican nationals currently residing within the United States. We proudly offer full legal sponsorship for USMCA (TN Visa) transfers, extensions, or renewals for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Technical & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations, manage field technicians, ensure strict quality control, and drive service efficiency. Engineering & Process Management: Implement standardized technical workflows, diagnostics protocols, and parts management across the branch. Team Development: Handle local staffing, training, performance tracking, and support the corporate operational guidelines. Performance Optimization: Maximize daily ticket handling capacity, minimize repeat-service rates, and achieve branch growth targets. Qualifications & Requirements: Citizenship: Citizen of Mexico (Currently residing in the United States, eligible for USMCA / TN Visa status). Education: Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in field service operations, technical management, engineering support, or electro-mechanical equipment maintenance. Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Legal Compliance: Must meet all USMCA TN professional category criteria and be ready for smooth visa processing/transfer with our legal support. Compensation & High-Performance Earning Potential: Base Salary: $6,000 per month ($72,000 annual base), paid reliably and consistently. High-Yield Performance Incentives: This is a performance-driven role. When branch ticket handling and operational efficiency exceed baseline maximums, your earning potential scales dramatically—allowing you to earn up to $120,000+ per year total compensation through lucrative volume and KPI bonuses.
