Box Truck Driver Non CDL

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) to join our dynamic delivery team. Duties Safely operate a box truck, adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies during route driving and delivery processes Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate loading of goods for each route Deliver items directly to customers’ locations, providing professional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and proper functioning of the truck Communicate effectively using mobile devices to coordinate routes, report issues, or update delivery statuses Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Proven delivery driver experience with box trucks or vans in a commercial setting is prefered. Knowledge and commitment to safe driving practices on city streets and highways Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely, demonstrating manual handling skills and understanding of weight handling in the workplace Familiarity with route planning, adhering to traffic regulations, and DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to represent the company professionally during deliveries Join us in delivering excellence!
