TLC Logistics LLCTRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Box Truck Driver/Appliance Installer to join our team. This role involves delivering appliances to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with installation and setup. The ideal candidate will have experience driving box trucks, handling heavy lifting, and performing appliance installations efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in delivery, warehouse operations, or appliance installation to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck to deliver appliances and other goods to residential and commercial customers according to scheduled routes. Load and unload appliances using appropriate equipment such as hand trucks, dolleys or moving straps when necessary. Assist with the manual loading and unloading of heavy appliances, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery. Install appliances at customer locations, including connecting water, gas, or electrical components as needed. Follow all safety protocols during driving, loading, unloading, and installation processes. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of completed work. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or appliance installer is highly desirable. Experience operating box trucks and familiarity with route driving. Ability to lift heavy appliances repeatedly (heavy lifting required). Warehouse experience including the use of hand trucks, dolley, or moving straps is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Knowledge of appliance installation procedures is preferred but training will be provided. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple deliveries and installations. Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as moving appliances and working in various environments. Start Time: 5:15AM TRUCK HELPER RESPONSIBILITIES TLB Logistics LLC Part-Time | Saturday and Sunday | $150 per day About the Role TLB Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Truck Helper / Appliance Installation Assistant to support our installation teams with delivering and installing household appliances such as refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more. You will work alongside a lead installer to ensure each job is completed safely, professionally, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist lead installer with loading, unloading, and transporting appliances Help install major household appliances in residential and multi-family units Safely move appliances using dollies, straps, and proper lifting techniques Protect customer property (flooring, walls, entrances) during installation Maintain clean work areas, organized tools, and accurate truck inventory Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Follow all safety guidelines and assist with route completion tasks Requirements Ability to lift and move 75–150 lbs with team assistance Comfortable with fast-paced physical labor Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Valid driver’s license is a plus (not required) Prior moving, delivery, warehouse, or installation experience preferred Work Schedule & Pay Saturday and Sunday Start Time: 5:15 AM Opportunities for performance-based growth Why Work With Us?
