Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver – 20% Pay + Weekly Bonuses Equality Logistics LLC is hiring a dependable Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver to operate a 26-foot Freightliner M2 106 box truck. This is an OTR position for a driver who is comfortable staying on the road for extended periods. No CDL required. Pay & Weekly Bonuses Driver earns 20% of the truck’s weekly gross revenue, paid weekly. $6,000 weekly truck gross: +$75 bonus $7,000 weekly truck gross: +$150 bonus $8,000+ weekly truck gross: +$225 bonus Bonuses do not stack. The driver receives the highest bonus earned for that week. Example: If the truck grosses $8,000 for the week, the driver earns $1,600 base pay + $300 bonus = $1,900 total pay. Hotel & Lodging Because this truck does not have a sleeper, hotels may be required while OTR. Equality Logistics LLC covers hotel costs up to $70 per night. If a hotel costs more than $70 per night, the amount over $70 is split 50/50 between the company and driver. Example: If the hotel costs $95, the company covers the first $70. The remaining $25 is split equally, so the company pays half and the driver pays half . Schedule & Home Time This is an OTR position with freight primarily throughout the Southeast and Midwest, with occasional Northeast runs. Drivers must be comfortable staying on the road for extended periods. Home Time: Every other week. Truck & Freight Driver will operate a 26-ft automatic Freightliner M2 106 box truck equipped with: Liftgate Pallet jack E-track Load bars Freight is primarily palletized commercial freight. No household furniture moving. Driver Responsibilities Driver will be responsible for safely operating the truck, picking up and delivering freight on time, communicating with dispatch, properly securing freight, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining required logs, following DOT/FMCSA safety requirements, and taking proper care of company equipment. Driver Requirements Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. No CDL required. Box truck or similar commercial driving experience is preferred. Driver must be dependable, responsible, safety-conscious, able to communicate consistently, and comfortable driving OTR.
