Compensation & Schedule Details Pay Type: Range (Weekly) Minimum Pay: $1000.00 per week Maximum Pay: $3000.00 per week Currency: USD Frequency: Weekly Additional Compensation: Plus performance/load commission Expected Hours: Fixed at 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Safely operate and navigate a commercial box truck (local and regional routes). Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily to ensure safety and compliance. Load, secure (using straps, bars, and blankets), and unload cargo safely and efficiently. Maintain clean electronic logs, accurate bills of lading (BOL), and required delivery paperwork. Communicate proactively with dispatchers, shippers, and customers regarding delivery updates. Adhere strictly to all state, local, and federal motor carrier safety regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (commercial driving experience is a plus). Minimum age of 21 years old for insurance and safety compliance. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required. Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills. Physical stamina to lift, push, or maneuver freight (up to 50+ lbs) when necessary.
