What You’ll Do Safely operate your box truck or delivery vehicle to transport freight, equipment, or large-item goods. Handle loading, securing, and unloading cargo efficiently using standard equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates). Provide professional service on every stop and manage route details through our driver dispatch app. Maintain timely communication and uphold high standards of safe driving. What We're Looking For Primary Focus: Box Truck Owner-Operators (16ft–26ft box trucks; liftgate and pallet jack experience a major plus). Cargo/Sprinter van owners are also welcome. For Direct Hires & Contractors: Valid driver's license (Commercial Driver's License/CDL not always required depending on vehicle weight rating, but a clean driving record is a must). Physical ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy freight or oversized items. A smartphone with a reliable data plan to run our dispatch app. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional customer service skills.
