In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operation of blast freezing equipment to ensure rapid cooling of food products, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting overall manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and experienced in food handling and equipment operation, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
