Job Summary NY AC Center is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-English) Warehouse Manager to lead our HVAC and Appliance distribution operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, process improvement, logistics coordination, and team supervision. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring effective team management and clear managerial communication. Oversee inventory management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials management to maintain optimal stock levels. Manage distribution operations by coordinating shipping & receiving, freight handling, and transportation planning using transportation management systems (TMS). Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency. Utilize ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor operations, analyze supply chain data, and support demand planning. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) Drive safety standards and compliance within warehouse distribution facilities while maintaining high standards of quality assurance. Plan production schedules and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. Lead initiatives for process management, transportation management systems integration, and supply chain analytics to improve overall logistics performance. Experience Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a distribution or logistics environment. Strong background in supply chain management, including inventory control, procurement, demand planning, and distribution operations. Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office tools. Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable. Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL partnerships, shipping & receiving procedures, and transportation planning. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through clear communication and motivational leadership. Knowledge of budgeting practices, procurement processes, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
