Bilingual Warehouse Lead Suite Treatments Inc Vallejo California | $35 per hour | On site Suite Treatments is an established event design and rental company seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead who communicates confidently in both English and Spanish. Your primary responsibility is to keep our warehouse organized, clean, accurate, and ready for orders. This is a warehouse-based position; it does not include off-site event installation or event crew assignments. Schedule We are considering either four eight-hour days per week, totaling 32 hours, or five eight-hour days per week, totaling 40 hours. The regular schedule will be agreed upon before hiring. We intend to fill this position no later than December 1, 2026. Responsibilities · Organize inventory and establish clearly labeled storage locations. · Maintain clean work areas, clear aisles, and accessible equipment. · Prepare and check orders with the warehouse and fabric teams. · Receive returns, verify counts and condition, and separate damaged or incomplete items. · Keep inventory quantities and locations accurate in Goodshuffle. · Coordinate warehouse preparation and loading readiness with the Operations Manager. · Communicate instructions in English and Spanish and confirm understanding. · Identify missing items, repairs, supply needs, and workflow problems promptly. · Establish consistent daily and weekly warehouse routines. Qualifications · Ability to communicate work instructions and read basic order information in English and Spanish. · Experience in organizing a warehouse, inventory operation, rental company, or comparable hands-on workplace. · Experience directing employees, assigning work, and following up when standards are not met. · Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. · Comfort using or learning inventory software, including Goodshuffle. · Ability to safely handle furniture, equipment, and materials with appropriate equipment or team assistance, with or without reasonable accommodation. · Willingness to work alongside the team and take ownership of warehouse standards. What Success Looks Like Inventory has a designated home. Orders leave complete and checked. Returns are processed promptly. Problems are documented and communicated. The warehouse stays orderly without requiring daily direction from the owner.
