Bilingual Warehouse Associate

About the Role: La Herradura is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations. This role is essential to keeping our inventory accurate, accessible, and ready for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise Pull and deliver products to sales staff as requested Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized at all times Assist with inventory counts and audits Ensure products are labeled and stored correctly Report low stock or inventory issues to management Support overall store operations when needed Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs) Dependable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with good communication skills Previous warehouse or retail experience What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities within the company Fast-growing brand with expansion plans Supportive team environment Pay: $14.00 per hour Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
