Housing Logistics Support (Bilingual: English/Spanish) Alpha Labor Co, Stuart, FL Alpha Labor Co supplies field crews to some of the largest data center projects in the country. When a crew mobilizes, 40 people need rooms in the right town on the right night, with their safety certifications finished before they reach the gate. This job helps make that happen. You'll support our logistics team and be a go-to contact for field employees, in English and Spanish, when they have a question about housing, travel, or training. What you'll do Hotels and housing Help book, change, and cancel hotel stays through CLC Lodging and Engine as assignments shift, often on short notice. Keep rooming lists current so we know who is in which room, in which town, and for how long. Take calls from employees on the road about a wrong room, a missing reservation, an extended stay, or an early release, and get them solved. Flag hotel charges that don't look right, such as no-show fees or rooms nobody used. Mobilization Help get crews ready to move by confirming names, start dates, report locations, and travel plans. Call and text employees with the details they need before they travel, and confirm they received them. Keep track of who has been reached and who hasn't, and follow up until everyone is accounted for. Update housing and crew lists when a job moves, a start date pushes, or a crew changes. Certifications Enroll employees in required online safety training, including OSHA 10, fall protection, aerial lift, and telehandler courses. Help employees, many of them Spanish speakers, with logins and course questions by phone. Track who has finished, who hasn't, and what is expiring, and follow up with those who still need to complete training. Collect certificates and cards from employees and organize them into complete packets for each crew and job site. What we're looking for Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written. You'll use both every day. Professional and calm on the phone. You'll often be talking with employees who are tired, frustrated, and 1,200 miles from home. Comfortable with computers and Excel. You'll work in spreadsheets, booking portals, and training systems all day. Organized and detail-oriented. A misspelled name or a missing certificate can keep someone from starting work. Reliable about follow-up. You keep calling until the item is closed. A problem solver who can handle plans changing on short notice. Able to reliably commute to our Stuart, FL office. Experience in logistics, dispatch, travel coordination, hospitality, HR, or construction safety is a plus, but not required.
