Location: Arlington, TX 76010 Pay Rate: $18.00+ per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–Finish Overtime: Weekends and overtime as needed We are currently hiring experienced candidates for the following positions: Shipping & Receiving Workers – BD#15405 Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products. Prepare, verify, and stage orders for shipment. Load and unload materials safely. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. Properly label, store, and handle products. Requirements: Bilingual required. Sit-down forklift experience required. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic computer and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely lift and handle materials. Production Batch Makers – BD#15406 Responsibilities: Prepare and mix raw materials according to batch formulas and production instructions. Accurately measure and add materials to production batches. Operate and monitor mixing and production equipment. Check batches for quality, consistency, and specifications. Maintain accurate batch and production records. Operate sit-down forklifts as needed. Requirements: Bilingual required. Sit-down forklift experience required. Previous manufacturing or batch-making experience preferred. Ability to read and follow formulas and production instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to safely lift and handle raw materials. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
