Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (Manufacturing)

Job Description National Logistics Team is an established pallet manufacturing company seeking an experienced, highly organized, and bilingual Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. This position is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating daily deliveries, communicating with production personnel, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely service. We are looking for a dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and can work independently. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and daily order entry. Coordinate daily delivery schedules with local truck drivers. Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and updates. Work closely with production management to confirm order readiness and inventory availability. Handle last-minute scheduling changes, delivery delays, and customer requests. Monitor pending orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer records, delivery documentation, and order information. Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking production personnel and drivers. Resolve customer service and dispatching issues professionally and independently. Support continuous improvements in customer service and shipping operations. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing customer service, order management, shipping coordination, or logistics dispatch. Fluent bilingual English and Spanish (required). Experience coordinating deliveries and communicating with truck drivers. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production schedules, and order fulfillment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook/email, and order management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
