Each year we offer internship opportunities, and we are keen to hear from you if you are currently studying an undergraduate degree and are looking to complete a 13-month placement. As a student, you will have hands on experience from day one, gaining practical insights into the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer. Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Bespoke Purchasing Parts & Quality - Placement (July 2027) The Bespoke Purchasing and Parts Quality department are responsible for the selection and management of external suppliers to support the bespoke business. Relying on close working relationships with internal/external partners alike, the department is tasked with delivering new and innovative bespoke products from a specialist low volume supply base. It takes people with an uncompromising perception of quality and exceptional business acumen to procure the most suitable materials for each of our unique bespoke vehicles. What awaits you? Supporting the purchasing and parts quality activities for a selection of bespoke components. Assisting with the industrialisation of those components. Developing familiarity with systems and processes to support departmental activities. Building an understanding of manufacturing processes through engagement with bespoke suppliers. Providing coordination support for the Target Management Process and the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). What should you bring along? Studying towards a 2:1 Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance or a related discipline. Strong relationship building skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to adapt your approach to changing requirements, prioritise effectively, work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and solve problems. An excellent team player with strong collaboration skills. Experienced user of Microsoft Office, with confidence using digital tools and technology. Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to use your own initiative and take ownership of tasks. Comfortable using data and technology to develop effective solutions and drive continuous improvement. What can you look forward to?
