Charleswood Beer Market is hiring a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for craft beer. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure company policy compliance Train and supervise staff in product knowledge and customer service Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, and stocking Develop sales strategies and promote new products Work with suppliers to secure competitive pricing Maintain sales, inventory, and performance records Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations Qualifications Experience in retail or store management, preferably in beverage Strong leadership and team development skills Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling Excellent communication and negotiation skills Passion for craft beer and industry trends Compensation is negotiable and based on experience. Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
